We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site.
These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to WATCHHUBMOVIES without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us (collectively, the "Parties" and individually, a "Party") shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in the jurisdiction applicable to WATCHHUBMOVIES, and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts.
Application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act (UCITA) is excluded from these Terms of Service.
